GOOS CARDS TERMS OF SERVICE, USE, AND PURCHASE
The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") exist to inform you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or the "Customer") of how the website of www.goos.cards (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operates. The Site is owned and operated by Goos Cards (hereinafter referred to as "us," "we," "our," or "Goos Cards").
By accessing or otherwise using the Site, you are indicating your agreement to the Terms contained herein. Please note that these Terms may change from time to time without notice.

You are only eligible to use the Site if you are of legal age in your country or if you have consent from your parent or legal guardian.
Ownership of Content
All of the content on the Site - including graphics, images, logos, text, animations, code, scripts, videos, and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") - is property of Goos Cards and is copyright protected. Unauthorized use of our Content may result in criminal or civil charges and penalties.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Pre-order decks have an expected production time of 7-9 weeks. Please expect shipment of pre-order items 9-10 weeks after purchase.
All orders are shipped by Art of Play in El Cajon, California via either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Orders typically ship out within 1 business day. Tracking numbers will be provided to the Customer via email at the time of shipment. For US orders, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for packages sent via First Class to arrive and 7-10 business days for packages sent via FedEx. All previously written time frame estimates can vary, especially during peak seasons. Once your package has been shipped, please refer to your local post office and/or the appropriate parcel carrier regarding the status of your package. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages during transit. In the case that we receive a package back due either to an invalid address or never being claimed, the Customer will be responsible for paying the postage to re-mail.
We have no control over, nor are we responsible for any customs, duties, or brokerage fees that may occur when importing goods into a country other than the United States. We will not alter customs declarations.
All sales are final. In the case of significantly factory defective products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you place an order or attempt to place an order through the Site, we collect certain information from you. This can include your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and payment information. We use this collected information to fulfill your order by processing your payment information (handled by eCommerce platform Shopify) and arranging for shipment (handled by Art of Play or Goos Cards). Additionally, we may use your provided email address to communicate with you regarding your order. In the case that you attempt to place an order, but do not complete it, we may use your provided email address to send a one-time friendly reminder that there are still products in your cart waiting to be purchased.
